How Do I Place An Order?
Please use the Shopping Basket and Checkout system to complete your order:
- Add your chosen item to the Shopping Basket by clicking on the 'Add to Basket' button
- View your Basket and select your delivery location in the Summary section on the right hand side of the page - this will then show your shipping options and Total Cost.
- Proceed to Checkout - please enter your email address and continue to Delivery Details - Billing Details - Postage Options - Payment
to complete your purchase(s).
Do I Need To Open An Account?
No - this is entirely optional and is not required in order to place an Order / Buy from us
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept most major cards and PayPal.
Most customers find it easiest to pay using their Debit or Credit card directly
or via PayPal (No PayPal account required).
UK Sales:
Payments can be made using a Debit / Credit card or PayPal
Overseas Sales:
Payments can be made using your Debit / Credit card or PayPal account.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at Checkout based on the packed weight of your item(s), your location and our normal method of dispatch. The total cost will be displayed in the Checkout area.
*Some items (eg heavy or bulky items) we may require you to request prior confirmation of shipping cost - please refer to item description
Multiple Purchases:
We are always happy to combine multiple purchases, wherever possible, to save on your postage/shipping costs
If you buy more than one item at the same time we will try to combine all items as one package - however, this may not always be possible or practicable due to size and combined weight constraints.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch all Goods within a maximum of 3 working days of cleared payment. We will confirm the date of dispatch via e-mail;
If for any reason dispatch is not possible within the above timeframe we will inform you accordingly.
All Goods will be well packed using appropriate materials for safe shipment and receipt.
Proof of Posting Certificates are always obtained and retained.
Import Duty / Tax Charges:
Import duties, taxes, and charges where applicable are not included in the item price or shipping cost - these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if any additional costs will apply prior to buying.
We will not falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" to avoid import taxes etc
Can I Return An Item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and take care to describe all our items as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please firstly let us know, and then return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the Purchase Price.
If we have made an error in our description narrative we will also pay for the return shipping.
Please ensure that the returned package reaches us safely and that the item is in the same condition that you received it. For your added protection returns should be made via a Tracked Delivery service
