SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY

Postage & packing costs are calculated by the weight and size of your order and can be seen in the ‘Checkout’ page.
Multiple orders are combined wherever possible to save on shipping costs.
We aim to process orders within 1-3 working days.
Working days are defined as Monday-Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. Deliveries cannot be made on Bank holidays or Sundays.
You will receive an email to confirm order processing and again to confirm your order has been dispatched.

UK DELIVERIES;
We offer a choice of Royal Mail or Courier shipping services and costs. 
Our standard shipping method is via Royal Mail 2nd Class service (3-5 working days delivery) - Optional upgrades are available on the Checkout page
Please note any specific restrictions / instructions that may apply to a particular item(s)- which will be shown on the Item Description page - you can then select your preferred &/or available service from the ‘Dropdown Box’ shown in the 'Checkout' page.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES:
All items / orders up to a total weight of 2Kg are shipped via a Tracked Delivery service as standard - provided by Royal Mail or Courier. 
For POSTCARD Sales Only we offer the choice of Royal Mail Tracked or Untracked delivery.

Available options will be shown in the ‘Dropdown Box’ shown in the 'Checkout' page.  

For heavier items &/or orders over 2Kg please follow the request for confirmation of the shipping options / costs available for your delivery location, via the ’Contact Us’ page.  

NB: Delivery Times Are Subject to Local Customs Clearance.

IMPORTANT:
CUSTOMS DUTY /IMPORT CHARGES ON OVERSEAS DELIVERIES;
Please be aware that when ordering from the UK additional Customs Duty / Import Tax(es) may be applied by your country before your item can be delivered - these are not included in the item price or shipping cost and payment is your sole responsibility.
We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what the cost will be as this varies from country to country.
If in any doubt please check with your local Customs and Excise office for current rates before you place your order.
