Puzzle believed to date circa 1920s / 1930s

Pre-owned, used. 
Good condition with approx. 3 pieces having light edge wear. 
There are 2 pieces which are supposed to be replacement pieces, however the large piece does not fit and the smaller piece is not correct either - see photos. 
No box.
