Victorian Petticoat For Christening Gown, Fine Crochet Lace & Pintucks

Handmade Victorian under petticoat for a Christening gown. 
Decorated with fine narrow crochet lace around the neck and armholes. 
Further very fine lace and pintucks to the lower part of the skirt. This lace is so fine it is difficult to work out if this is crochet lace or not? It must have been worked on an extremely fine crochet hook.
There is a red cotton laundry identification label and a number sewn into the back opening

Would make a nice display / practical piece, or authentic period prop for theatre or reenactments
