Collectable large sized riveted cut steel buckle.
Possibly French manufacture, dating to circa late 1800s, early 1900s.

Measures approx 2.625" x 1.75" (65mm x 45mm). 

Pre-owned.
Good vintage used condition with some age related oxidation to the steel.
