Antique French Woven Tapestry (Lot #2)

Attractive old tapestry.
Age unknown but thought to date to the 19th Century or early 20th century.
Reputed to have been brought to the UK in 1919 by a Soldier who had served in the Royal Scots 1916-1919. (name available).
Possible initials to the left hand corner of the tapestry.

Housed under glass within a gilt edged frame with wooden back. (Framed in Scotland).

Good antique condition.
There is a loose thread to the right of the picture edge which must have been missed when the item was framed.
